First floor:

Very large room with dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Two oven cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher & fridge. Sitting area for 6/7 on leather sofas and chairs. TV, video, DVD player, radio and a piano for those sing along evenings. Stunning views! South and West facing for the wonderful sunsets.

King size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.

Twin bedroom en-suite bathroom, shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.  

All bedrooms have plenty of space to accommodate extra beds or cots.

The Hay Barn has full central heating for cosy out of season holidays.
